This place is great. We had a chicken wrap and a pulled pork burger and both were superb. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back.

I dined in at Dawg Boys and was blown away by their veggie burger — hands down the best I’ve ever had. The patty was flavorful and perfectly textured, not mushy like many veggie options. Toppings were fresh, the sauce was tangy and well-balanced, and the toasted bun held everything together beautifully. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It’s clear they take pride in what they serve. Highly recommended, whether you’re vegetarian or just looking for a seriously good burger. I’ll definitely be back! Ahh did I mention; their Fries were crispy and BEST in the town. Even though we haven’t been in for months, they remember our faces and our order. Always so friendly asking us how we were doing and that we were missed. Food is amazing every time and service we can never fault.

We were lucky to find halal chicken burgers in this shop. The chips were very crispy. They were very polite and friendly.

We’re up in Hervey visiting for a work trip, running a small business ourselves we love supporting small businesses over chain stores. This was hands down some of the best burgers AND hot dogs we’ve tasted. Such a big variety on your menu we wanted to try everything haha! To top that the owner was so lovely and as we were arriving late as I had called ahead he made sure he stayed open so we could have something to eat since not much good food is open late in Hervey Bay. We’re back for round two before we leave! Thanks for the friendly service and keeping small business alive 🙂 We wish you all the best!

Wildly good. Best chilli dog I've had. It's on the higher end of fast food prices but I personally believe, price is immaterial if the quality exceeds it. Super lovely service too - they have found a great balance.

Ordered a Southern Fried Chicken burger. Was cooked very quickly. Everything on the burger was fresh, the large piece of chicken was cooked to perfection. Real food! Would highly recommend and will be back.

Absolutely recommend I haven’t had such a good burger in a long time. I ordered the pulled pork burger and it was to die for so of course I went back a couple hours later to get another for dinner. Staff are super friendly and have amazing customer service that makes you feel right at home. The overall store is super clean heaps of variety of drinks including alcohol so a huge bonus. If your wanting a decent burger look no further give them a try highly recommended

Asked 3 times for no cheese as it makes me sick my boyfriend and I drive off after getting the food to go to the movies and as I go to eat my food there’s cheese and I just couldn’t eat it. Before I ate the cheese it was pretty good though but when I got to it I just couldn’t eat it.

We had fantastic burgers and the chips were great too! Very friendly service and would definitely recommend them. Thank you so much for a very delicious dinner.

Good burgers and customer service

As soon as I walked in I was greeted & given the menu by the nice staff that worked there. I asked for specific things with my meal & they even came out & showed me & asked if I was happy. Their food is always yum, fresh & fast. I tell everyone to come here, it’s awesome!!

Got the southern fried chicken snack pack and the mozzarella sticks was amazing I would highly recommend 😊 the young fella got the buffalo wings and they’re next level! !!!UPDATE!!! Food was that good lastnight I had to come back for more this time I got the “the boys deluxe” and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT this was by far the best burger I’ve eaten and let me tell you I’ve enjoyed a few burgers in my time! Wish I was a local id try everything on the menu twice over! Great service and great atmosphere as well hopefully they’re still going for our next visit 😍😍😍

Ordered takeout from Dawg Boys, polite & friendly service, very clean & tidy if you want to eat in & ready to go in just over 10 minutes was out take away order. Not my first time ordering here & will not be my last, tasted great, no complaints.
